Watched on interesting video on Mindfulness Meditation and I have been meditating on and off. I can feel its effects but maybe I’m not the best person to assess it.
I stumbled up on an incredible note-taking & note-management system called Zettelkasten . I like the idea behind this system. But, it seems really complicated and need a bit of time to do research before starting to use it.
